These Terms govern your use of happy-eye.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Happy Eye GmbH ("Happy Eye", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about ingredients refer to authorised EU health claims and FDA-disclaimed structure/function claims.

4. Orders and contract

A binding contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable,
  • there is an error in the price or description,
  • we suspect fraud or breach of these Terms.

If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

5. Prices

Prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and other methods shown at checkout. For subscriptions, payment is taken on each renewal — see our Subscription Terms.

7. Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@happy-eye.com with a clear statement (you may use the model withdrawal form in our Refund Policy). You bear the cost of returning the goods. For hygiene reasons, sealed supplements must be returned unopened.

10. Subscriptions

By choosing the subscription option you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel. See our Subscription Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, brand, logo, copy, and images are owned by Happy Eye GmbH or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For EU consumers, this does not override mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
