• You have 60 days from the date your order ships to request a refund.
• Email happy@happy-eye.com with your order number — we’ll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

Withdrawal right (EU customers)

If you ordered from inside the European Union, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our 60-day guarantee. Email us within 14 days of receiving the parcel and we’ll send a withdrawal form.

Where to send the bottle back

All returns — for refund, withdrawal or replacement — must be shipped exclusively to our processing partner at this address. Please do not send anything to our corporate office.

What to include in the package

• Your name and order number written clearly inside the parcel.
• The remaining bottle — opened or sealed is fine.
• A short note: refund, withdrawal or replacement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the parcel arrives and is scanned in by our partner, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged in transit?

If your bottle arrives damaged, take two quick photos and email them to happy@happy-eye.com. We’ll ship a replacement immediately at our cost — no return needed.
