Withdrawal right (EU customers)
If you ordered from inside the European Union, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our 60-day guarantee. Email us within 14 days of receiving the parcel and we’ll send a withdrawal form.

All returns — for refund, withdrawal or replacement — must be shipped exclusively to our processing partner at this address. Please do not send anything to our corporate office.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the parcel arrives and is scanned in by our partner, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged in transit?
If your bottle arrives damaged, take two quick photos and email them to happy@happy-eye.com. We’ll ship a replacement immediately at our cost — no return needed.
