We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to ship your order and improve our shop — nothing more, nothing sold, nothing shared with brokers.

What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items purchased.
- Payment data: handled directly by Shopify Payments / Shop Pay — we never see your card number.
- Browsing data: anonymous device, page-view and conversion data via Shopify Analytics. You can opt out below.
- Newsletter: only if you sign up — just your email and the date you joined.
How we use it
- Fulfilling and shipping your order.
- Sending order confirmations, shipping updates and (if subscribed) newsletter content.
- Helping us understand which content is useful so we can improve the shop.
- Fraud prevention (Shopify’s built-in tools).
Who has access
Only Shopify (our store platform), our fulfilment partner in China (for shipping), our payment processor, and our email service provider. None of these parties sell or share your data outside the purpose described above.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing happy@happy-eye.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to run a Shopify shop (cart, login, anti-fraud) plus anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent.
