Every Happy Eye order ships from our fulfilment partner with full tracking, insured for the journey to your door.

Order processing

We usually need 1–3 business days to process and pack your order. Subscription renewals enter the queue automatically — you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your bottle leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times — United States

  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Tracking number issued via email the moment the parcel is scanned at the carrier.
  • No signature required — couriers will leave the package at your usual delivery point.

Delivery times — International

Outside the US, standard international delivery currently takes 8–18 business days depending on customs clearance in your destination country. You’ll see an exact estimate at checkout.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on every single order within the United States — no minimum, no codes required, including all subscription deliveries.
  • International orders: a calculated rate based on destination is shown at checkout before payment.
