These Subscription Terms apply when you choose the "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout. They are an addendum to our Terms of Service.
1. What you are signing up for
- Recurring monthly delivery of one bottle of Happy Eye AREDS 2 Daily (60-day supply at the recommended dose of 2 softgels per day; the subscription dispatches monthly so you build a comfortable buffer).
- Recurring monthly payment of $37.95 USD (savings of $12 vs the one-time price of $49.95). Prices in your local currency are shown at checkout via Shopify Markets.
- Shipping is included for subscription orders.
2. How billing works
- Your first payment is taken at checkout and the first shipment is sent immediately.
- Each subsequent renewal is charged on the same day of the month, 30 days after the previous charge.
- We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
- Payments are processed via Shopify Payments using the card you provided at checkout. If a payment fails, we retry up to 3 times over 5 days. If all retries fail, the subscription is paused.
3. Cancelling, pausing, skipping
You are in full control:
- Cancel anytime from your customer account at happy-eye.com/account, no questions asked. There is no minimum commitment.
- Pause the subscription for up to 3 months from your account.
- Skip a single delivery from your account or by clicking the link in any renewal reminder email.
- Change the delivery frequency between 30, 45, or 60 days.
Changes take effect for the next renewal — they do not affect a shipment that has already been processed.
4. Price changes
We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies to the renewal after the notice period. You can cancel during the notice period if you do not accept the new price.
5. Refunds on subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund a recent charge. If you wish to refund the most recent shipment, email support@happy-eye.com within 60 days of that shipment — see our Refund Policy.
6. Address and payment changes
You can update your shipping address and payment method anytime from your account. Changes must be saved before the next renewal date.
7. Termination by us
We may pause or terminate a subscription if:
- payments fail repeatedly,
- the shipping address becomes undeliverable,
- you breach our Terms of Service.
8. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under EU/UK or local law, including the right of withdrawal on the first order.
