Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. Country-specific availability is shown at checkout. Some destinations may have customs or regulatory restrictions on supplement imports — these are the customer's responsibility.

Methods and timing

Estimated times are from the day the carrier collects the parcel (typically 1–3 days after the order is placed). They are not guaranteed — customs or carrier delays can extend transit.

Order processing

We aim to process orders within 48 hours of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You can also see status in your account at happy-eye.com/account.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). If your country charges import duties or VAT on receipt, those are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. We recommend checking your country's de-minimis threshold before ordering — many destinations clear small supplement orders without additional charges.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, contact support@happy-eye.com. We will investigate and re-ship or refund as needed.
