We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — even on opened bottles. After the first order, the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies (see below).
How to start a return
Email support@happy-eye.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send the package back before contacting us — items returned without prior approval may not be refunded.
EU / UK statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Hygiene rule
For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal. Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days. The 60-day money-back guarantee above is more generous than the statutory right and applies to opened bottles.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return (or accept your money-back claim without return), we will refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post the refund.
Subscription cancellation vs refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the most recent charge. If you wish to refund the most recent shipment, contact us within 60 days of that shipment.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@happy-eye.com with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at our cost.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay return shipping for damaged or wrong items.
